It is not very often that I post floor plans to the web. There are to many original ideas that get "borrowed" by others. I have included this plan because I created 2 renderings from it. This customer was having a hard time understanding how the bath would work, as well as the kitchen. I created 2 low detail renderings to help explain the situation. They are included in the blog as well.

Customers tend to have a hard time visualizing what their finished home will look like. Do you think this customer has the same problem?

I don't think so either.

one floor plan, two elevations

This rendering is very similar to a rendering lower on this page. Builders often like to build the same home multiple times. That is the case with this home. I was hired to come up with two exterior options for the same home. Although the floor plans are the same, you get a very different feel as you drive by the exteriors of these homes.

Traditional 2 Story Rendering

Here is another rendering I completed to be used on a builders website. I work hand-in-hand with this particular builder to achieve the look and feel of the exterior of the home that he desires. This is a great looking home!

Small Ranch Rendering

Here is a rendering that was originally created as a custom home. The builder has decided to make it one of his standard designs. I cleaned up the original design and created this detailed rendering for his website.

My services are acquired by some builders for marketing purposes. This color rendering is used for a builders website. It represents the completed home to the client. Most of the time I design the entire structure, occasionally my services are used for the exterior rendering only.
